GutterRx is a fully enclosed gutter protection system that fits new or existing gutters. Its unique micro-pore filtration is designed to prevent leaves, seeds, and pine needles from entering your gutters. Individual shingle granules can pass through the micro pores and then are flushed out of the gutters with rainwater.
-
Yes. When properly installed, GutterRx can handle downpours that far exceed the heaviest rainfall recorded in one hour in the United States (12 inches). For comparison, hurricanes can produce heavy rainfall rates of up to 6 inches per hour.
-
No. GutterRx is made from aluminum, not vinyl. Therefore, squirrels and birds cannot chew or peck through a section of a GutterRx gutter guard panel. The cover fully encloses your entire gutter system, leaving no holes or gaps for wildlife to enter.
-
Yes! GutterRx comes with a 20-year warranty on both the material and the performance (View the Warranty Page). The product is guaranteed not to chip, crack, fade, or rust, and your gutters and downspouts will remain free-flowing.

No. Competing products are more expensive because increased installation time dramatically increases the cost or requires replacing your existing gutters. You will not find a higher-quality gutter protection product at a more affordable price.

No. All products placed on a home's exterior require maintenance occasionally. GutterRx gutter guards block leaves and debris from entering your gutter. Variables like what tree cover is over your house or how much wind your roof receives affect the maintenance needed to keep GutterRx working optimally. Please read the warranty for the maintenance necessary for GutterRx gutter guards to be warrantied (read the “EXCLUSION TO WARRANTIES” section).

No. In fact, our gutter guards are virtually invisible from the ground.
-
The cost of installing gutter guards on your home varies based on several factors specific to your gutters and home. Contact a GutterRx contractor to get an accurate quote based on your home's specific needs.
-
Because ice dams are caused by poor insulation and ventilation, our gutter guards can’t prevent them, but they can reduce the amount of ice buildup in your gutters, helping to reduce serious damage from split seams, loose hangers and disconnected gutters.
-
Yes. GutterRx gutter guards are WUI Fire Class A compliant, which is the highest fire-resistance rating. They’re approved for use in wildfire-prone areas and meet current ASTM code requirements. This means they’ve passed the required fire tests for flame spread and ember exposure. They won’t contribute to fire spread on the roof or at the gutter line — exactly what inspectors and insurers look for in WUI zones.
